    Zalewski says to use Thyme in sleep pillows, and as a relaxant in psychic work. [1] While Greer says "It stimulates your conscious mind and shuts down your psychic abilities..." [3]

    Hopman has placed this herb in the chapter on "Last Rites and the Celtic Otherworld." Thyme is "added to the ritual cup to aid in communing with the deceased. (It also helps one to see Otherwordly entities such as fairies.)" [2]


    Thyme Honey [4]

        1 empty glass jar with a wide lid
        enough fresh thyme to fill the jar
        clover honey

    Fill jar with thyme, pour honey over thyme, use chopsticks to press out air bubbles, fill to top with honey and cap jar. Label jar with date. After six weeks the honey will be ready to eat/use.
