My name is Parker J. Torrence, I was born in Denver, Colorado, and spent my school years growing up in a small oilfield town north of Casper Wyoming. In 1974 I joined the U.S. Navy where I saw much of the Pacific Ocean, and spent 1995 on Diego Garcia (B.I.O.T.), before retiring in 1996.

I currently live in Western Wyoming with my soul-mate/wife, Gwen, three of our five children, and four dogs.
